Claire and Max's Rustic Wildflower Wedding

Back in August 2018, our clients, Claire and Max tied the knot in Tahoe City, California. Their outdoor wedding is truly the embodiment of wild, rustic, and fun! Prepare to be inspired by their bright colors, location inspired stationery, and gorgeous scenery.

For their invitations, we hand painted the landscape view of Lake Tahoe - the exact place where Claire and Max would exchange vows (you can see in the photo below!). The landscape connected between each card giving their guests a panoramic sneak peak of the beauty they’d be experiencing. Claire and Max even sourced vintage postage to give each envelope another personal touch!

This is the exact view of Lake Tahoe we painted for them. Seeing their vision and love story come to life is so magical!

We hand pressed each card on our Golding Pearl letterpress. The main paper is 100% cotton - super luxe and eco-friendly! The envelope liners showcase a hand-drawn map we created of the entire area where their wedding weekend took place.

All of the cards were held together with a laser cut, mountain range bellyband.

Each guest’s place setting was completed with menus we designed to match all of Claire and Max’s invitations.

This is one of our favorite details! Instead of table numbers, each table was named after a favorite location - complete with a description of why Claire and Max love it so much!

Guests were escorted to their seats with seed bags adorned with wildflowers and personalized name tags (also on cotton paper!).

We love how un-traditional and bright their color palette was throughout every detail!

We even created their signage to match!

As a final touch, we created custom thank you cards - the perfect way to tie everything together.

Congratulations Claire & Max!
